Clinton Warns Trump Now ‘More Unstable’ Than Ever, Calls for Action Against His Return to Power

Hillary Clinton’s was talking about how unstable Trump will be in the future

Hillary Clinton recently voiced concerns about Donald Trump’s mental state, calling him “more unhinged, more unstable” than during their 2016 campaign. Speaking on CNN, she highlighted the increasing danger Trump poses to the country, emphasizing how his erratic speeches at rallies reflect a growing instability.

Clinton praised Vice President Kamala Harris for centering her campaign on the risks of a second Trump presidency, noting that voters are now more aware of how dangerous Trump’s leadership could be, thanks to firsthand warnings from those who worked closely with him. Clinton pointed to the importance of Harris’s messaging, stressing that Democrats and former Trump officials alike are unified in their efforts to caution the public.

She also reflected on her own 2016 run, saying that Harris’s campaign is applying lessons learned from that election to highlight how Trump’s erratic behavior and leadership style could put the country at risk. “Her warnings, and those from people who observed him up close, are absolutely necessary,” Clinton stated.

Her remarks come in the wake of accusations from Trump’s former chief of staff, John Kelly, who recently described Trump as fitting the definition of a fascist. Kelly, a retired Marine general, said Trump expressed admiration for Nazi generals during his time in office, stating that “Hitler did some good things” and wishing his military personnel would show him the same deference Nazi generals showed Adolf Hitler.

Trump has denied these allegations, dismissing Kelly’s claims as fabrications. “I never said that,” Trump told reporters, calling The Atlantic magazine, which published Kelly’s comments, a “failing magazine” that invented stories to harm him ahead of the election.

During a recent CNN town hall, Harris echoed these concerns, calling Trump “dangerous” and labeling him a fascist. She expressed alarm over Trump’s stated intentions to use the Justice Department to pursue his critics and former allies if re-elected.

Clinton supported this assessment, warning the public about the dangers of another Trump presidency. “If you don’t want to go down that path,” Clinton urged, “please open your eyes to the threat he poses to our country.”

Reflecting on her 2016 loss, Clinton dryly noted that Harris’s campaign is fortunate not to have the interference of then-FBI Director James Comey, whose investigation into Clinton’s emails was seen as a significant factor in her defeat. “At least she doesn’t have Jim Comey waiting to kneecap her,” Clinton said, underscoring the differences between the two campaigns while highlighting the urgency of preventing Trump from returning to power.
